Giving Sandwiches a Quick Zip!

I ran across this recipe in the August edition of Cooking Light magazine, it's so good it's actually got me eating raw celery, something I normally abhor!

1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives.

Mix all of the above together and use it as a spread for sandwiches. I recommend spreading it on a nice baguette and then topping it with cooked chicken breast, sliced roma tomatoes and salad greens.

Delicious and quick!

Quick is eating a dry sandwich. Effort is getting the mayo jar out of the fridge..
